Sophia Li

Prior to that role, she served as a dedicated leader and a supportive mentor to all Xiangxiang employees. Today, she is overseeing the development of innovative formulations and packaging designs for personal care products. She is also establishing a robust supply chain to ensure optimal service to our clients, and driving the company’s growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
As CEO of our personal care product business, Sophia is dedicated to enhancing its performance to benefit our clients, employees, and local community. She believes in sustainable production and value-added packaging for cosmetics. Sophia has a proven track record as a successful leader, having previously served as our chief operating officer in 2012 and playing a key role in the growth of our personal care product business in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

In 2018, David became the CEO of Xiangxiang, drawing on over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic and personal care industries’ supply chain. He is widely regarded as a pioneer in the domain manufacturing sector, with a keen eye for packaging and branding trends and an acute understanding of our customers’ ever-evolving needs.
